How do I purchase a license?
You can purchase a license by going online to https://visitormanagement.identakid.com/shop/ or by calling our Orders Department at 1-800-890-1000 Option 3.
How do I purchase additional licenses?
- Have your previous order information present.
- Contact Ident-A-Kid Services of America at either licensing@identakid.com or call 1-800-890-1000.
- We will issue you a specific code; this will be needed to activate your second license.
- Go through the process of Registering your Second Computer.
- Select the Registration ID in the User Console, and click Manage License.
- Click Purchase/Renew License.
- Select Additional License from the drop down menu, entering the code you were issued earlier.
- Confirm the Billing Information, making necessary changes, and click Next.
- Choose a Payment Type, if you used a P.O. Number you can use the one from you previous order.
- Click Next.
- Confirm the Information in the Order Review, if all is correct, click Place Order.
- You should receive an email containing the order information.
- Once the order has been processed you will be issued your additional license.
