This July, the Ident-A-Kid Visitor Management System is transitioning to a better way to generate reports for “Who is in the building now?” from the min Activity Report. Once a visitor scans their driver’s license and completes their check-in, a record will be created in your activity reports from the Web School Manager. This makes your Who is In the Building Now? Report more robust, having added filters from the main Activity Report. You can even view images of these visitors and additional information, which you cannot do under “View Active Check-Ins”.

Let’s go ahead and show you how to pull this report.

Log into your Web School Manager and click on your “Activity Reports” tab.

After you click the “Activity Reports” tab, click the checkbox at the bottom below “Sort Type” and next to “Show Images”.

That’s it! You’ll be seeing all your active check-ins!
