Device Configuration (Web Client)

To navigate to the device configuration settings, first click on the 3 lines at the top left-hand corner of the check-in/out screen, then click on Settings. If you do not see Settings, you’ll need to click on Switch to Admin Mode and then log in with admin credentials. Once there, you should see Settings.

Within Settings, click on Devices at the top of the page. 

The devices area allows you to manage and configure the devices you will use with the check-in station. These devices include webcams, DYMO printers, Optical Scanners, JiffyPass Readers, and barcode scanners (including barcode scanning apps for iOS and Android)

To configure a new device click Add New Device and select the device you want to configure. Always be sure to click Save at the bottom of each device page after you configure.
